1. Scope of Application These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all orders placed through the Matano Studios online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We do not accept any conflicting or deviating terms and conditions from the customer.

2. Conclusion of Contract The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking the "Buy Now" (or equivalent) button, you place a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. The contract is legally formed when we send you an order confirmation via email or dispatch the goods to you.

3. Anti-Bot & Community Protection Policy Matano Studios drops are exclusive and crafted with a strict 3-phase quality control process. They are meant for our community, not for resellers. We strictly prohibit the use of automated bots or scripts to purchase our items. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we suspect are fraudulent, placed by bots, or intended for commercial resale, without prior notice.

4. Prices and Payment All prices displayed on the website are final and include the statutory Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to the total price. We accept payments via [Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna and more...].

5. Shipping and Delivery Because of our obsessive attention to detail and premium packaging, order processing takes 1 to 3 business days before dispatch. Delivery times depend on your location and the selected carrier. For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties and taxes may apply, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns Policy) You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us at support@matanostudios.com of your decision to return the item. We will provide a free return shipping label for your first return.

  • The Unboxing Clause (Condition of Return): To receive a full refund, the items must be unworn, unwashed, and in flawless condition with all original tags attached. Crucially, all components of the Matano Studios premium packaging (custom boxes, gifted patches, dust bags, and tags) must be returned intact. If the product or its premium packaging is damaged or missing, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct a compensatory fee, as we do not compromise our standards for restocked inventory.

7. Warranty and Liability Statutory warranty rights apply. If a product you receive is defective despite our rigorous quality control, please contact us immediately at support@matanostudios.com with photos of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund. We are liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence.

8. Intellectual Property & Copyright All visual content, designs, logos, graphics, and apparel concepts on this website are the exclusive property of Matano Studios. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our intellectual property will result in immediate legal action.

9. Final Provisions & Governing Law These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you also enjoy the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
