The 14-Day Window We stand behind the superior quality of our drops. If the fit isn’t right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

Free Return To make sure you get the perfect fit without the stress, your return is completely free of charge.

The Unboxing Clause (Non-Negotiable) Our unboxing experience is part of the product. For a return to be accepted and a full refund processed, the item must be returned in its exact original condition: unworn, unwashed, with zero odors, and all original tags attached. Every component of the premium packaging (custom boxes, gifted patches, bags, and tags) must be included. If any packaging is missing or damaged, we reserve the right to reject the return or deduct a restocking fee. We do not compromise our quality standards for restocks.
