The Matano Standard: Order Processing Great things take time. Because of our strict 3-phase quality control and the obsessive care we put into assembling your premium unboxing experience, please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed and packed. We do not rush our standards. Processing times do not include weekends or Austrian public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your exact location. We ship via trusted carrier partners to ensure your gear arrives safely.

Order Tracking Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update its status.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes Matano Studios is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, import duties, VAT, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer. If you are ordering from outside the European Union, please be aware of your local import laws before placing an order.
Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses If a package is returned to our studio due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, or because the package was left unclaimed at a local access point, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of re-shipping. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
